The inception of the U-TURN Wellness Center in Oxnard, California, was inspired by the growing need for comprehensive and accessible addiction recovery services. We recognized the gap in the market for a facility that not only addresses the physical aspects of addiction but also the mental and emotional components. We aim to help our clients achieve a holistic recovery integral to a successful and sustained recovery.

Director

Onyx Pacheco

Our esteemed UWC Director boasts an impressive resume, with several decades of invaluable experience in the healthcare industry and a nursing degree. Additionally, she holds an associate's degree in business management and a license in residential care for older adults. Not only is she a qualified and competent leader, but she's also a Red Cross CPR Instructor and a live scan scanner.
